چکیده

Abstract Ginseng is an important cash crop. The long-term continuous cropping of ginseng causes the imbalance soil environment and exacerbation soil-borne diseases, which affects healthy development industry. In this study, was treated with microbial inocula using broad-spectrum biocontrol strain Frankia F1. Wheat straw, rice straw corn were best carrier materials for inoculum. After treatment inoculum prepared biochar, pH value, organic matter, total nitrogen, available phosphorus, potassium increased by 11.18%, 55.43%, 33.07%, 26.70%, 16.40%, 9.10%, activities urease, catalase sucrase 52.73%, 16.80% 43.80%, respectively. A Metagenomics showed that after application OTUs, Chao1 index, Shannon Simpson index 19.86%, 16.05%, 28.83%, 3.16%, Three classes ( Alphaproteobacteria, Gammaproteobacteria Sphingobacteria ) dominant bacteria in soil, their abundance 7.87%, 9.81% 1.24%, respectively, biochar. Results indicated most effective would be combined biochar

Biochar, activated carbon, and carbon nanotubes have different effects on fate of 14C-catechol and microbial community in soil

This study investigated the effects of biochar, activated carbon (AC)-, and single-walled and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs and MWCNTs) in various concentrations (0, 0.2, 20, and 2,000 mg/kg dry soil) on the fate of (14)C-catechol and microbial community in soil. The results showed that biochar had no effect on the mineralization of (14)C-catechol, whereas AC at all amendment rates and ...

Contrasting effects of biochar versus manure on soil microbial communities and enzyme activities in an Aridisol.

Biochar can increase microbial activity, alter microbial community structure, and increase soil fertility in arid and semi-arid soils, but at relatively high rates that may be impractical for large-scale field studies. This contrasts with organic amendments such as manure, which can be abundant and inexpensive if locally available, and thus can be applied to fields at greater rates than biochar...

Microbial Inoculants and Their Impact on Soil Microbial Communities: A Review

The knowledge of the survival of inoculated fungal and bacterial strains in field and the effects of their release on the indigenous microbial communities has been of great interest since the practical use of selected natural or genetically modified microorganisms has been developed. Soil inoculation or seed bacterization may lead to changes in the structure of the indigenous microbial communit...

Protective Role of Biochar in Different Soil Moisture for Prevent Soil Loss in Laboratory Conditions

The using of soil conditioners to water and soil conservation is essential and also, the effect study of soil moisture on the soil conservation process and its role on changing runoff, soil erosion and sediment yield is necessary for understanding and simulating the hydrologic response of soil. Therefore, the present study was carried with the aim of investigating the effect of biochar with amo...

Effect of the soil treated with biochar on the rye-grass in laboratory experiment

The application of biochars to improve soils and to mitigate global climate change is a popular research area all over the world, although it is not a new topic. In our study, wood chips char (BC) and animal bone char (ABC) were applied. The pot experiments were conducted under laboratory conditions. 2 grams of rye-grass (Lolium perenne) were seeded into each pot. The following various soil par...
